This web site, and the information and resources, content and services it makes available (the "Site"), is provided to you by Butlins Skyline Ltd ("Butlins"), a company registered in England No 04011665. By accessing or using the site you (the "User") signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms and Conditions on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms and Conditions, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Site. Registration

You will only be able to contribute content to the Site if you complete the registration process. The information that we obtain through the registration process (or otherwise in connection with the Site), is subject to our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy sets out how we will store and use information relating to you. Please review the Privacy Policy before you complete the registration process.
In completing the registration process, you agree to; provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, and to ensure that this information is kept accurate, complete and up to date.

A variety of information, advice, recommendations, letters, messages, comments, posts, text, graphics, software, music, sound, photographs, videos, data and other materials ("Content") is available on the Site. Some of the Content is provided by Butlins and other Content is provided by persons who use the Site. While Butlins strive to keep the Content that we post on the Site accurate, complete, and up-to-date, Butlins cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the accuracy, integrity, quality, completeness, timeliness or that it will not be objectionable to you, of any Content whether provided by Butlins or by Users of the Site.

We may record preserve and disclose anything which has been transmitted to, from or via or posted on the Site and the services, where required by law or where we are acting in good faith.

Site availability

We may have to suspend the Site at any time without being able to give you prior notice of this. We will do all that we can to restart the Site as soon as possible in such circumstances. While we will endeavour to minimise the inconvenience caused to you, we cannot be responsible for any financial loss that you may suffer as a result.

Code of conduct

You are responsible for all Content which you submit, post or otherwise make available, or receive to or from the Site. By doing so, you represent and warrant to Butlins that:

You must ensure that you do not transmit to, from or via or post on the Site any material containing software viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files designed to damage or disrupt the good working order of any computer or telecommunications equipment.

You are not permitted to do anything which may disrupt in any way the operation of the Site, nor are you permitted to do anything which would disrupt the use and enjoyment of the Site by any other User.

You are not permitted to use the Site to engage in any commercial activity of any form.

Removal of information

Whilst we do not and cannot review all Content posted or sent by users of the Site, and are not responsible for any Content, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete Content that we deem to violate the Weekender Community House Rules or to be otherwise unacceptable.

If you feel you have been abused in a private message, you should print out and save those messages in case you ever need to refer to them.

If you find offensive material being posted online please use the "Report This" feature. We will investigate the matter, review all reported Content and, if appropriate, remove it.

Proprietary Rights and Licences

All text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material that is contained on the Site is protected by copyrights, trade marks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

Butlins own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights (including all copyrights, patents, trade marks and trade secrets) in connection with and in all versions of the Site and our services and any data (including data obtained from you during the registration process) generated by Users of the web site and services. You are not permitted, except where expressly authorised to do so, to change, copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell or distribute in any way any of these intellectual property rights.

User content posted on the site

You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image, and likeness), messages, notes, text, information, video and other content that you upload, publish or display on or through the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively "Content").

When you post Content to the Site, you authorise and direct Butlins to make such copies as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the Content on the Site. By posting Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant and warrant that you have the right to grant to Butlins an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly display, reformat, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise. You may remove your Content from the Site at any time. Subject to the rights granted to Butlins in these Terms and Conditions, you retain full ownership of all of your Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Content.

Provision of direct contact details

The Site is set up so your personal contact details are not revealed to any other users who may be contacting you via the website. We advise you not to include personal details in your personal notes or messages you write and we reserve the right to remove any messages that do contain such information, although we will not be obliged to do so.

You use the Site entirely at your own risk and you should remember when using the Site that some people may fabricate information about themselves and may not even be who they say they are.

Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Site. Indemnity

You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you provided, however, that you shall remain liable for any such claim.

Liability

Butlins accept no liability in contract, tort or otherwise including but not limited to negligence for inability to gain access to the Site as a result of routine or emergency maintenance on the system or excessive demand for the Site. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for suspension of the Site, regardless of the cause of the interruption or suspension. We may discontinue or change the Site or its availability to you at any time and you may stop using the Site at any time.

Use and storage

We may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the Site including limits to the size or number of messages you send or the time that messages may be stored or posted on the Site. We are entitled to delete any material at any time and we will not be liable in any way for deleting or failing to store or post any material which you may transmit to us.

Suspension and termination

We may use our sole discretion to suspend and/ or terminate registration or use of the Site at any time and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damages suffered on account of such suspension and or termination. Typically, we would only do this where you have not used the Site for some time or if we believe that you have acted inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions. However, there may be other reasons why we would suspend and/or terminate.

General

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of the use of the Site and supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements and representations (save in respect of those made fraudulently).

If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid then that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by Butlins of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.

You are not permitted to reproduce, sell or exploit for any commercial purpose any part of the Site.

These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Amendments to these terms and conditions

Please note that these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy may vary from time to time without notice to you. We may also discontinue providing certain parts or all of the Site at Butlins discretion and without notice to you. However, we will endeavour to let you know of this via the Site.
