  • Q.How can I pay for my holiday?

    A. We accept Switch, Delta, Visa and Mastercard on the internet and over the phone or you can pay by cheque or postal order too.

  • Q.What if I want to change my booking?

    A. Many customers decide to upgrade, or change their holiday before their arrival date. If you would like to do the same please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 070 4757.

  • Q.Can we bring our pet with us?

    A. No pets are allowed but we welcome guide dogs for the blind, deaf or disabled. These must however be registered and we must have a copy of these documents before arrival.

  • Q.When will I receive my booking confirmation?

    A. Once you have paid your deposit you will receive confirmation. This will be through the post within 7-10 working days and through email too if you gave your details. You will receive final confirmation of your booking when you have paid your balance in full, again 7-10 working days after payment.

    A. If you require adapted accommodation please call us on 0845 070 4748 to make your booking and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
