  • Q.How many people do we need in self-catering accommodation?

    A. All self-catering accommodation is based on four people sharing. The minimum charge is four times the per person price. For parties of five or more please multiply the per person price shown in the price grid by the total number in the party. Minimum occupancy for an accommodation unit will always be charged.

  • Q.Will I be able to upgrade my accommodation?

    A. Depending on availability it may be possible to upgrade your accommodation. Bognor Regis - please call resort Hotline on 0870 145 0040 before arrival or call into Holiday Booking Shop when you arrive. Minehead - please phone one of our holiday advisors on 0870 242 2002. Skegness - please call resort Hotline on 0870 145 0050 before arrival or call into Holiday Booking Shop when you arrive.

  • Q.Is there a supplement for single occupancy?

    A. Please note there is an additional supplement for a single person occupying a dinner, bed & breakfast room. This does not apply to self-catered, where we always require a minimum of 4 persons to occupy a unit.

    A. Yes all accommodation has bed linen.

  • Q.Are towels provided?

    A. Towels are provided in Gold and Deluxe accommodation and at the hotels in Bognor Regis. If you are staying in other accommodation they can be hired from the hire shop for a small charge and refundable deposit. Please bring your own towels for swimming.

  • Q.Is there somewhere safe to keep my cash and valuables?

    A. Bognor Regis - The Ocean, Shoreline and Wave Hotels, Deluxe Suites and Gold Apartments all have a personal safe.

    Minehead - Deluxe Suites and Gold Apartments have a personal safe.

    Skegness - Personal safes are available in Gold accommodation only.

  • Q.What can I hire at the Venue?

    A. Our accommodation is will equipped but the following items are available to hire for a small charge and refundable deposit should you need them.
    Bognor Regis - Towels, hairdryer, toaster, microwave and mini fridge 
    Minehead - Towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave and mini fridge 
    Skegness - Towels, microwave, toaster, iron and mini-fridge

  • Q.Can I park outside my accommodation?

    A. At Bognor Regis and Minehead visitors booked into Deluxe can park outside their accommodation. At Skegness only the fully adapted units have private parking. All other parking is in the main car parks on Resort. The Shoreline hotel and Ocean Hotel at Bognor Regis have their own car park's right adjacent to the hotel entrance.

  • Q.If we’re self-catering where can we buy food?

    A. All three Venues have a well stocked supermarkets open daily until late. And if you don’t fancy cooking then there are a variety of restaurants and take-aways to cater for every taste

  • Q.What time are meals served for dinner, bed & breakfast guests?

    A. Bognor Regis
    Dinner, bed & breakfast evening meals will be served from 4.30 - 6.30pm, breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.00am.
    Minehead
    Standard and Silver guests, your evening meals will be served from 4.30pm until 7.30pm on your day of arrival and from 4.30pm until 6.30pm for the remainder of your break.
    Gold guests, your evening meals will be served from 4.30pm until 7.30pm for the duration of your break, breakfast is served from 8.00am to 11.00am.
    Skegness
    Standard and Silver guests, your evening meal will be served from 4.00pm until 7.00pm on your day of arrival and from 4.00pm until 6.00pm for the remainder of your break.
    Gold guests, your evening meal will be served from 4.00pm until 7.00pm every day of your break, breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.00am.
