  • Q.How many people do we need in self-catering accommodation?

    A. All self-catering accommodation is based on four people sharing. The minimum charge is four times the per person price. For parties of five or more please multiply the per person price shown in the price grid by the total number in the party. Minimum occupancy for an accommodation unit will always be charged.

  • Q.Will I be able to upgrade my accommodation?

    A. Depending on availability it may be possible to upgrade your accommodation. Please contact our friendly Customer Care Team on 0845 070 4757, or if you have a group booking for 20+ call our friendly Groups Team on 0845 070 4747. Alternatively, you can pop into the Holiday Booking Shop on resort when you arrive.

  • Q.Is there a supplement for single occupancy?

    A. Please note there is an additional supplement for a single person occupying a dinner, bed & breakfast room. This does not apply to self-catering, where we always require a minimum of 4 persons to occupy a unit.

    A. Yes all accommodation has bed linen.

  • Q.Are towels provided?

    A. Towels are provided in Chalets, Seaside Apartments, Gold and Deluxe accommodation and at the hotels in Bognor Regis. If you are staying in other accommodation they can be hired from the hire shop for a small charge and refundable deposit. Please bring your own towels for swimming.

  • Q.Is there somewhere safe to keep my cash and valuables?

    A. Bognor Regis - The Ocean, Shoreline and Wave Hotels, Deluxe Suites and Gold Apartments all have a personal safe.

    Minehead - Chalets, Deluxe Suites and Gold Apartments have a personal safe.

    Skegness - Personal safes are available in Gold accommodation only.

  • Q.What can I hire at the Venue?

    A. Our accommodation is will equipped but the following items are available to hire for a small charge and refundable deposit should you need them.
    Bognor Regis - Towels, hairdryer, toaster, microwave and mini fridge 
    Minehead - Towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave and mini fridge 
    Skegness - Towels, microwave, toaster, iron and mini-fridge

  • Q.Can I park outside my accommodation?

    A. At Bognor Regis and Minehead visitors booked into Deluxe can park outside their accommodation. At Skegness only the fully adapted units have private parking. All other parking is in the main car parks on Resort. The Shoreline hotel, Ocean Hotel and Wave Hotel at Bognor Regis have their own car park's right adjacent to the hotel entrance.

  • Q.If we’re self-catering where can we buy food?

    A. All three Venues have a well stocked supermarkets open daily until late. And if you don’t fancy cooking then there are a variety of restaurants and take-aways to cater for every taste

  • Q.What time are meals served on Dining Plans?

    A.Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.00am.
    Evening meals will be served from 4.30 - 6.30pm.
    Please Note: Breakfast and Evening meal times may vary dependent on resort and/or break.
