A. As you are welcomed at the entrance you will be guided to a free car park and informed of which check-in desk to go to by the Welcome Team.

Although we work hard to try and ensure no problems arise during your Butlins experience, in the unlikely event of a problem occurring please contact our Customer Care Team on 0845 070 4757 (open 9am-7pm, 7 days a week). You can also email us at email@example.com or alternatively, contact Guest Services while on resort.
A.Please ensure you have your confirmation receipt with you, to hand to the Welcome Team when checking-in. If you are a Premier guest then please bring along your membership card so that you can claim your privileges if applicable.
Premier Club guests from 3pm.
Shoreline Hotel, Ocean Hotel and Wave hotel guests from 3pm at the relevant hotel reception.
Gold and Deluxe guests from 3pm at the Gold and Deluxe Reception areas.
Silver and Standard from 4pm in the Skyline Pavilion.
Premier guests from 3pm.

A.You are welcome to use all facilities and start enjoying your Big Weekend anytime from 12pm.
A.Don't worry if you arrive later than planned as the Welcome Team at the Main Entrance will direct you where to go to check-in. We also have a 24 hour Resort Safety Team to welcome our guests arriving late at night.
A.Luggage can be left in your car or in the Left Luggage Office for a small fee.
A.You will receive your keys, a map of your village, details of your allocated room or apartment, a full Entertainment Guide. If you have booked dinner, bed & breakfast, you will also receive details of your dining arrangements.
Simply follow the A259 coast road - we’re just one mile east of Bognor Regis on the Littlehampton road near Felpham Village.

From the south: Take the M5 to Taunton (Junction 25), then take the A358 and A39 to Minehead.
From the north: leave the M5 at junction 24 and follow the signposts for the A39. We're well signposted just half a mile along the seafront road from Minehead town centre.
Follow the A52 from Skegness to Mablethorpe - we’re just 3 miles from the town centre and well signposted. The main entrance is situated on the right on the A52 Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards Road. Just look for the brown signs to help you find your way.
If you are travelling by rail or coach:
By Train – the venue is just a 5 minute taxi ride from Bognor Regis station.
By Coach - you will arrive at the main entrance. Please note that only National Express coaches stop inside the main entrance.
By Train - the nearest main line station to Minehead is Taunton. A bus transfer service is operated by Southern National between Taunton station and Minehead. This service is available at an additional cost. For general information call Southern National on 01823 272033.
By Train - a bus service operates between Skegness railway station and the venue (approximately 3 miles). Please call National Rail enquiries on 0845 7484950 for train times.
By Coach - you will arrive at our special coach park or the main entrance where we look forward to meeting you.
