T-34 featuring Al Murray

Multi-award winning comedian Al Murray swaps the Pub Landlord’s bar stool for a drum stool to provide the pummelling engine for his tongue in cheek covers band, T-34.

Since their formation in the harsh winter conditions of Londongrad in 2009, T-34 have embarked on a mission to deliver straight ahead, no frills, good time rock'n'roll to liberate the masses from the corrupting influence of evil capitalist pop.

T-34 are the veterans of two tours of duty at The Download Festival and have performed and recorded at Abbey Road Studios, home to legends such as The Beatles, Pink Floyd and…er, Cliff Richard.

Al’s has impeccable rock credentials – he has drummed with Queen and Phil Collins and provided backing for Tom Jones and Roger Daltry. He co-hosted Marshall’s 50th Anniversary Wembley Arena with Iron Maiden’s Nicko McBrain and presents his own weekly radio show on Planet Rock.

Come and Join The Party Comrades. Drink vodka. Witness your favourite rock classics massacred beneath T-34’s tracks. Soviet hats welcomed.
