A. We accept Switch, Delta, Visa and Mastercard on the internet and over the phone or you can pay by cheque or postal order too.
A. Many customers decide to upgrade, or change their holiday before their arrival date. If you would like to do the same please contact our Customer Services Team on 0330 102 5294.
A. No pets are allowed but we welcome guide dogs for the blind, deaf or disabled. These must however be registered and we must have a copy of these documents before arrival.
A. Once you have paid your deposit you will receive confirmation via email within an hour. If you have booked over the phone, postal confirmation can be requested which can take between 7-10 working days. You will receive final confirmation of your booking when you have paid your balance in full, again via email within an hour, or by post within 7-10 working days.
