A. We accept Switch, Delta, Visa and Mastercard on the internet and over the phone, or you can pay by cheque and postal order too. Alternatively, you can use Auto Pay. This allows you to pay a deposit from as little as £15 per person on Live Music Breaks or £25 on Arena Breaks, select your payment date and then the rest of your balance will be debited from your debit or credit card in manageable monthly payments with your final balance taken 12 weeks before your break. A. Many customers decide to upgrade, or change their holiday before their arrival date. If you would like to do the same please contact our Customer Services Team on 0330 102 5294.
A. No pets are allowed but we welcome guide dogs for the blind, deaf or disabled. These must however be registered and we must have a copy of these documents before arrival.
A. Once you have paid your deposit you will receive confirmation via email within an hour. If you have booked over the phone, postal confirmation can be requested which can take between 7-10 working days. You will receive final confirmation of your booking when you have paid your balance in full, again via email within an hour, or by post within 7-10 working days.
