Missing Guest Details

Why Do We Need Guest Details?

In order to ensure that you and your guests have a safe and enjoyable trip at Butlin's Live Music Weekends, we must obtain full details of your booking party before you arrive on resort. Knowing the identity of all our guests will help us to provide an environment that is safe and secure for everyone, and will give you peace of mind so that you can relax and enjoy your trip with us.

These details, plus an email address with your consent, will also enable us to keep all parties informed of our pre-arrival guides, so you know exactly where to play and dine and make the most of your fun-filled break!

What Do We Need?

Please ensure the following guest details have been submitted for every member of your booking:

- Full name and address, including postcode

- Date of birth

- Email address (to ensure that everyone is kept up-to-date with all pre-arrival information)

- A contact telephone number

You also need to make sure everyone in your group brings some photo ID with them (passports or photo driving licenses are fine). Live Music Weekends are for adults only, persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted on resort.

When Do We Need Them?

The above information must be provided to us 84 days before your break start date. Failure to update us with this information will lead to your contract with us being cancelled.
