Why Do We Need Guest Details?

In order to ensure that you and your guests have a safe and enjoyable break at Butlin's Live Music Weekends, we need to gather full details of all guests in your group, before you arrive on resort. Knowing the identity of all our guests will help us to provide an environment that is safe and secure for everyone, and will give you the peace of mind so that you can relax and enjoy your break

These details, plus an email address with your consent, will also enable us to keep all parties informed of our pre-arrival guides, so you know exactly where to play and dine and make the most of your fun-filled break!


What Do We Need?

Please ensure the following details have been submitted for every guest in your booking:

- Full name

- Date of birth

- Full address

- Email address

The only way to send us these details is online in My Account

You also need to make sure everyone in your group brings some photo ID with them (passports or photo driving licences are fine). Failure to provide identification if asked, will lead to refusal of entry. Live Music Weekends are for adults only, persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted on resort.


When Do We Need Them?

The above information must be provided to us 48 hours after booking your break.. If we don't get these details within 48 hours of booking, we can’t complete your booking and may have to cancel your break.
